Jérôme Chézeaux took over the running of his namesake domaine in 1993. Hitherto the fruit had been sold to négociants. Based in Prémeaux-Prissey, Chézeaux farms 12-hectares, some of which were inherited by his wife, Pierrette. The vines are tended lutte raisonnée, handpicked and undergo a 3-4 days cold maceration, the wines raised in around 30% new oak.
