Deep ruby with a hint of purple, the concentration of the 2018 Heritage Clones is apparent just from the appearance. On the nose classic aromas of Calera Clone Pinot Noir are present: blueberry, plum, violets and lavender. These are echoed on the palate, along with robust tannins that lend structure, and rich, dark fruit flavors that carry through on the long, intense finish.
