I always love this wine and it did not let me down in this difficult year for the right bank. A deep garnet core. A floral, plummy nose - a hint of prune, quite tight. Very focused and well-knit with good grip. Quite toasty on the mid-palate with an attractive black tarry finish. A lovely wine.
